• Prices do not include VAT, are valid for one participant and include the seminar, detailed conference documentation, lunch and conference drinks.
  • Invoice amounts are payable net within 14 days after receipt of invoice, discounts are not granted.
  • Only timely receipt of payment (according to invoice) entitles to participation.
  • Registrations are binding. You will receive a confirmation of registration at short notice.
  • Cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the event is possible for a processing fee of 50 EUR. For later cancellations 50% of the seminar price will be charged. In case of no-show, the participation fee has to be paid in full. A substitute participant can of course be named. Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • In the event of insufficient demand or other reasons beyond the organizers’ control, a course may be cancelled even after confirmation of participation or registration. In this case you will receive a refund of all fees already paid, there are no further claims against the organizers or the instructors.
  • Workshops with a single trainer we limit to 15 persons, in pairs or threes we teach up to 25 persons. We have had good experience with these numbers of participants over many years - we actively moderate and ensure effective practice groups and productive discussions.
